Athletic + Sports Physicals | $45
Full physical examination will be performed in guidance with the IHSA guidelines. Link below available to access physical forms. Forms will be filled out at time of service.
Available to do full team sport physicals for club, travel or school sports. If performing sport physicals, Bee Well Healthcare will donate money back to the team or organization.
DOT Physicals | $100
Link below provided for access to DOT physical forms. I have been a licensed/certified DOT provider since 2014. Full physical will be done plus urinalysis. All paperwork will be filled out at time of visit.
Acute Care
Fee for service starting at $50.00 and up, prices vary depending on treatment.
I will provide acute care for sick individuals in the Yorkville community. Visits can be anywhere from common cold to strep, to bronchitis. Schedule an appointment or email me about your symptoms. Same day or care within 24 hours can be done.

I will provide multi-disciplinary approach to pain management. At the clinic, on site, is chiropractic care, physical therapy, and my practice which provides the medical aspect of pain management. A full assessment of pain will be performed with x-ray and MRI available on site. I can perform intra articular injections, trigger point injections, gel injections, bursa injections, and prescription management. Narcotics are typically not prescribed at this clinic.
